Fay Hauser-Price worked in many artistic genres as a prelude to directing her 1st feature film “The Pregnant Detective,” a mystery dramady loaded with action. Fay’s experience in film in front of as well as behind camera, and in the edit room makes her ripe for helming this project.
Her short film “Where There’s Smoke,” a Kodak 35mm film project, challenged its directors to deliver a cinematic story with 10 minutes of raw film stock. It showed her ingenuity in handling the camera, story, time with limited resources. Fay’s 2nd short, “5150” was digitally shot. Both are garnering attention at film festivals around the world.
